A network series such as Apple TV+’s The Morning Show depends on precision across the visible news set and the sound captured during each performance. The set had to support a custom desk, displays, scenic lighting, cameras, and working areas, while dialogue remained clean inside a dense technical environment.

Jesse Kaplan’s father served as production sound mixer for five seasons. A seven-time Academy Award nominee, he brought decades of experience to capturing clean, natural dialogue. Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon praised the consistency of the work and noted that they did not need to loop a line of dialogue.

Independent fabrication specialists who created the set and signature broadcast desk are part of the extended network JAZ engages for custom studio work. Jesse Kaplan photographed the completed environment.
