01 / Project brief

What the project required.

The challenge

A healthcare executive needed a consistent visual presence for Zoom, webinars, presentations, and recordings, with the organization’s brand clearly visible. A standard webcam and uncontrolled daylight produced changing exposure, washed-out skin tones, and unreliable color.

A generic conferencing background would not provide the required result. The room needed a properly lit green screen, professional camera and audio, controlled presenter light, and a custom branded environment.

The approach

JAZ blocked the natural light, lit the green screen separately for an even key, and installed a three-point key, fill, and backlight arrangement for natural skin tone and subject separation.

A professional camera and audio system replaced the webcam setup. JAZ designed and rendered a custom virtual environment around the organization’s branding, then configured and tested the complete Zoom, webinar, presentation, and recording workflow.
