01 / Project brief

What the project required.

The challenge

Executive presentations, panels, demonstrations, training, and announcements can feel visually ordinary unless the environment supports the message. Stage, sound, lighting, video, scenery, branding, and cameras must work together for the live and remote audience.

Rooftops, downtown spaces, beaches, ballrooms, and international locations each introduce different access, rigging, power, sound, weather, structural, permitting, and guest-flow constraints.

The approach

Drawing on three generations of theatrical and motion-picture experience, JAZ plans corporate events around lighting, composition, scenery, sound, and visual storytelling. The work can include stages, truss, shade, line-array sound, LED walls, branding, broadcasts, photography, and video.

JAZ coordinates trusted experiential, rigging, scenic, lighting, audio, video, broadcast, photography, catering, hospitality, and specialty vendors as one production so the event reads clearly in person and on camera.
