The challenge
The room began as a conventional meeting space. It needed a continuous green background, controlled illumination, useful camera depth, presenter monitoring, and an operating position without wasting the available footprint.
Green Screens case study
Cisco needed an existing conference room converted into a permanent green-screen studio with the lighting, monitoring, and control needed for repeatable production.

01 / Project brief
The room began as a conventional meeting space. It needed a continuous green background, controlled illumination, useful camera depth, presenter monitoring, and an operating position without wasting the available footprint.
JAZ designed from the composited camera frame backward. The cyclorama, lighting positions, camera and teleprompter sightlines, presenter area, and control station were coordinated as one room system.
Room conversion, green cyclorama, production lighting, cameras, teleprompters, monitoring, and control
02 / Execution
Replanned the conference room around camera depth and presenter movement.
Installed a continuous green cyclorama and evenly controlled production lighting.
Integrated cameras, teleprompters, monitors, and the operator control position.
Commissioned the room for repeatable green-screen capture.

03 / Outcome
An existing conference room became a permanent green-screen production environment.
