What the project required.

The challenge

The room had to fit a full production workflow into a compact footprint while maintaining usable presenter space, controlled light, equipment access, and clear monitoring.

The approach

JAZ planned the room from the operating workflow backward, coordinating the on-camera area with the racks, control desk, camera positions, and overhead systems.
