Cisco’s flagship UK office received a Studio 2.0 green-screen environment calibrated to match Cisco productions recorded around the world.
01 / Project brief
Content from Cisco Bedfont Lakes needed to match San Jose, North Carolina, Beijing, Singapore, and other global studios. The existing ReflectMedia system made natural presenter lighting difficult.
Cisco also required the same approved equipment worldwide. Local substitutions could change color, output, camera performance, maintenance, and operator training.
JAZ converted the room from ReflectMedia to a physical green-screen workflow with separate background and presenter lighting. Kino Flo fixtures, broadcast cameras, Panasonic PTZ cameras, monitoring, control, routing, and rack systems matched Cisco’s global standards.
To protect valuable schedule-critical components, team members personally carried much of the equipment to London. On site, JAZ installed, aligned, calibrated, tested, commissioned, and handed off the system.
