The original space did not provide a dedicated capture surface, production lighting, camera positions, equipment racks, or a separate operating environment.

The approach

JAZ coordinated the room conversion with the technical system, connecting the stage, overhead fixtures, cameras, racks, and nearby control desk into one production workflow.
